The location is great if you want to have plenty of open space and paths to take a short or long walk on. If you are single or a couple wanting a quiet long weekend away, then you must book your stay outside the school holiday periods. Late spring to early Autumn is thebest time at this holiday park. The Ovens river is a short walk away, so enjoy a cool soak. It is neccesary to drive into Bright township from the Park, about a 20 min journey. But your away in nature and the hussle and bussle of it all. Again depending on when you book.

Great cabin for self catering tourists like ourselves. Full size fridge rather than bar fridge made a 5 night stay easy. Excellent cooking facilities in the cabin. Good selection of powerpoints for electronic devices. Very comfortable bed with great linen provided. Easy access to cabin (which had a covered parking spot in our case). Able to refresh bathroom and kitchen linens and tea/coffee on after third night as per cabin policy for extended stays. Views of Mt Feathertop from the property boundary and a couple of King Parrots visited our verandah in the mornings to look in on us!.

Had everything for the kids to enjoy their stay and facilities were great. Had a large communal fire pit which was great. Cabin was spotless clean! Bed was really comfortable, although only a double. Shower has awesome pressure and easy temp control!

The cabin I stayed is cleaned and the bed are comfy . The room is cleaned and very pleasant. I like that the staffs left the patio light on when we arrived since we checked in late .They even left the heater on for us to warm the room before we arrived . Over all I really enjoyed my stay in G’ day park . I will definitely be coming back . Thank You😊

Everything about the location and facilities met our expectations and more. We were in awe of the location. It was peaceful and tranquil. The walking path along the Ovens River was a bonus. The staff were friendly, and obliged with all our requests. there were not many. I would like to suggest just a small change with regards to be bed. The mattress was soft, a firmer mattress would be perfect.

Felt very quiet for a large campsite, surrounded by trees and with river access. More peaceful than the town campgrounds and only <10mins drive to Bright. The cabin itself was brand new, very comfortable beds and linen. A very large tv in the main area plus a smaller one in the main bedroom, our son was able to play Xbox when not in the playground or pool. We didn’t have time to checkout the games room.

Very clean, friendly staff, we checked in later and the heater was on for us. Comfortable beds, spacious, close to town. Kids loved the jumping pillow and park. Great walk along the river. Excellent and very very clean bbq area. Well organised, toilets, showers, bins around the outside property/park, little supermarket in the main office for main items if you need anything. Great games room for the family to play. Outside pool for warm weather. Extremely happy with our stay.

The cabins we had was very clean and modern. Although we didn't use the other facilities/entertainment sections, as we only had a quick overnight stay, it looked to be adequate and would be used if we stayed longer.

Everything about my stay at Discovery Parks Bright was just so great!! From the start, every detail was thought of; the safety of the guests even before you have checked in, the little touches at the cabin of making sure it was inviting and a relaxing space after being on the road for a few hours. I could go on all day about the amazing things at this property. It is far enough out of town and set among the beautiful mountains and scenery. There is so many things to see and do with this lovely relaxing area. But just know i will be back to visit ASAP.

Discovery Parks is a fantastic place to stay out of Bright, but near enough. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful at every encounter. The deluxe 2 bedroom cabin that we stayed in had everything we needed as a family to be comfortable. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The location is peaceful with view of Mt Feathertop and the kids loved riding their bikes around the park and down to the river.
